Hi. You have refunded a buyer £24.96 to a buyer who said she hadn’t received it. I have had notification today that it has been delivered. Can you reverse the refund please.
You aren't addressing eBay here, just other members like yourself.
Ebay won't be able to reverse the refund anyway plus as your items are being sent with Simple Delivery then eBay should have refunded the buyer at no cost to you.
