I have a buyer who bought a dress from me on 10 November. He decided in December it wasn't what he expected so I paid for a return label on 15 th December. He did not return the dress but yesterday decided again he wanted his money back and 'reopened a case. The dress was a stunning red velvet Christmas dress and he has had it 8 weeks . Can he really do this.
nope he cant do this via ebay, as he has timed out on that, 30 days is the limit, however they have 180 days via paypal to put in a claim, but if it was just a change of mind then he wouldnt win
