Can you help please, I did not notice this... and I need update my  Nectar number as well.

Your Nectar account has been temporarily disabled.

We've all had this happen to us,  and you just need to reconnect your Nectar card with your eBay account.

 

Be patient with the process , it can take a few attempts.

 

Go to your My eBay Selling drop down menu click on the Nectar logo there,  follow the instruction to connect / add card.

 

Probably best to use a desktop browser for this and not the app or mobile browser,  try Chrome or Firefox they both work best with eBay.
