We've all had this happen to us, and you just need to reconnect your Nectar card with your eBay account.
Be patient with the process , it can take a few attempts.
Go to your My eBay Selling drop down menu click on the Nectar logo there, follow the instruction to connect / add card.
Probably best to use a desktop browser for this and not the app or mobile browser, try Chrome or Firefox they both work best with eBay.
