Hi I need to talk with ebay support about not been able to access account I am not able to do phone verification

When I fail the phone verification it gives me a contact number 2086-100157 this number doesn't work on two phones I've tried.ive tried EE and O2.i am not surprised as I have never seen a number like that before. I wish to speak to customer care.

You will have to be logged in to use it.

It will be a problem if you trying to sign in on different to the one you posted on here with.

So I'd contact them on the ID you posted on here with, as it will be signed in already, and ask them if they can help you.

On the sign in page where you are prompted for your password, use the "Need help signing in?" link.

On the resulting page, select the "Reset Password" option.

On the next page, you should see some method to reset your password via email or text, plus a "contact" link in small print just below that. Use that contact link to contact eBay if you are unable to sign in to your account.
