Cannot see which Buyers I have left Feedback for

I used to be able to see which Buyers I had left feedback for when looking at the 'Feedback left for others' tab. Now when I go there, it does not show the Buyerid of who I left feedback for. Instead I see Buyer: o***d ().

I can see which Sellers I have left Feedback for,  but not my Buyers.

This is only happening recently. I am on a desktop PC, have logeed in and out of account multiple times, rebooted PC, but still no difference. 

Is this happening to anyone else.

My feedback is the same for buyers I've left feedback for.

I just see a redacted buyer ID.

Don't know how long it's been like that for.

But if the buyer has left me feedback I can see their full ID.
