Hi Guys, I was just checking the updates on my customers order now all of the tracking has this message. Please see screenshot attached.
it does give status such as at customer sorting centre and etc is anyone facing the same issue.

Yes, that's right, we are currently working with Evri to resolve the tracking updates not being reflected on your eBay account issue, and in the meantime we've placed that alert as not all users are aware of this, so they can check their parcels update on Evri directly where they can see the tracking updates no problem.
