GSP help

Hi,

Buyer has purchased but the ref # is 'null', no letters or numbers etc. I cancelled order stating problem with buyers address, explained issue to buyer  and relisted. They tried to purchase again but it has the same issue. Am i right in thinking that i cannot send with the ref as 'null' as GSP hub wont be able to process the package? I dont have this issue with other GSP buyers, just this one buyer, and not sure how to proceed??

I have this issue with 5 orders already. Have spoken to ebay Sunday afternoon , they advise not to ship and wait for the issue to be resolved. Personally I think we will be best to cancel the orders and wait a few days and hopefully the customers understand and re-order
