Can't print label as my printer has run out of tonner!

So I can't print my Royal Mail label as my printer has run out of tonner! I would like to change it so the post office can print in store. Can they do this or do I need a QR code to scan?

The label has a QR code if I show the post office this on my phone can they print it out from this?

Post Office counters can print labels for almost all Royal Mail services from the QR code. Was it a 1st Class or 2nd Class service?

Hi it was special delivery the point is I didn't select the QR code I selected to print the label but I can't print the label os my printer has run out of tonner.

The label I  can see on my phone has a QR code on it can the RM print the label from that?

Yes, the QR code should be all you need.

If you're purchasing the label from Royal Mail's website there should be a free collection option and you can choose to have the postie bring the label with them.
