Twice now i havent received the email to say my package is ready for pick up from my designated store. I only noticed when i checked the tracking number on Royal Mails website.
On one package the eCP code wasnt printed on the delivery address and the other it was. Both didnt send me a collection code email.
Anyone had this problem ?

Yes others have had missing codes and for this you nneed to ccontact eBay Customer Services.
To Contact Customer Services it's a Live Chat, or you can select to speak and request a Call Back. Click on this link:

On the left sidebar you can see Have us Call you or Chat with Our Automated Assistant.
On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 .m.
On weekends they open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Do you know if collection centres reject the delivery if theres no eCP code on the address label ?
