I purchased a roll of wallpaper and without even fully unwrapping it I can see it is not the same as the listing and photo. I have asked the seller on 4 occasions to give me their returns address and they just make offers to refund half or small amounts and suggest I sell it or keep it. I have explained that the item is useless to me as its not as described, and I am happy to pay the return postage but Im beggining to suspect they are not UK based or something else is happening.
I have said as long as they change their listing so others arent mislead I wont give bad feedback, but now Im a bit frustrated.
Any advice on how to return an item for a refund and get an address?
