Hi everyone.
I have won auction and contacted seller to arrange collection (seller had "collect in person" option). Today I drove 60 miles to collect item (greenhouse) and when I met seller, she said I have to pay extra 59.99 P&P charge although I am collecting it. I wonder whether it is follow ebay regulations or not????
Any advise please.
