One of my listings is hidden down to Policy Violation but I can't find what exactly is wrong with it as it's exactly like my other alive listings!

Your offering a repair service in the wrong category,services should be listed under "Everything else"

As your selling as a Business according to ebay policies,and the UK law, best you look to upgrade from a private to Business registration to comply,see here,https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/selling-policies/business-seller-policy?id=4710

adding to the advice already given -

Perhaps it's because you state "No returns accepted" which business sellers can't state as it's illegal.
