non paying bidder

Sold a item to someone with zero feedback.

Never responded got fees back after waiting week .

Nothing seems to have been done to bidder for not paying ?

If you went through the unpaid item case process then they will have a strike on their account, you won't see it but it is there.  Not sure what you were expecting.

Add their ID to your blocked bidder list:

and set your Buyer Requirements to block bidders with 2+ strikes in last 12 months:
