Hi can anyone help please, i have sold a pushbike on ebay , it has been paid buyer arranged collection but didnt turn up, i contacted the buyer he again arranged another time and date and again no show no communication mothing , he also asked if another bike could be dropped off at my address from someone else so he could pick them up together....as i work from 2 till 10 i have had to arrange for people to give up their friday nights for someone who doesn't turn up. Any advice on whatcan be done please? Can i refund him minus fees? Thanks in advance for help steamnutt
