i havent receive yet my package for 27th day of purchase

Im michael santos from philippines. Can you help me how to solve my problem.. i bouth a agv helmet january 14 2016. And the tracking history stops at feb 2 with the note of " package is already delivered in the philippines and proceed for delivery". It is same status of tracking history since jan 23 2016. My question is, what is my next step to follow up or to be sure that they will deliver my package to me. Thank you in advance sir and maam for your answer. More power.
