has anyone had any problems with the global shipping programme

i didnt even know i was enlisted to this,  a buyer says shes not received a parcel, yet i have an email from the global shipping programme saying it had been successfully delivered

 

I can't work out how to reply to the very helpful answers to my questions, but thank you very much.

To the second answer - ebay told me it would be out of hands and I wouldn't need to worry as the shipping programme would pay for the missing parcel - however, paypal had a different view, and held onto my account until the 'dispute' was settled.  After emails and phone calls to paypal, (it took a long time to find a telephone number) I finally got a sensible answer - they said that as the tracking from the shipping programme clearly showed the parcel had been delivered they would close the case in my favour! success.

However I am going to opt out of the shipping programme in the future as reading the community boards has given me grave concerns.
