feedback removed

Ok.. left negative feedback to a seller that was rude. Ordered 2 items they sent 1. Asked them to send 2nd asap they apologised but kept replying to messages after days and asking me if i still wamted it. I said yes then 3rd time i said cant believe you havent sent it yet just send asap unless you no longer want my business? (Had also explained that i was going to buy several more of their items if they were reliable on the first email) Then gets an email saying refunded you??? Left negative feedback saying they were rude. Noticed that they have alerted ebay that they have given me a full refund but only 1 item refunded on paypal (never expected refund for item received but why tell ebay refunded in full?). Then gets an email from ebay to say my feedback has been removed as i have violated policy? No contact from ebay asking me what had happened. Whats the point in a feedback system if this is what they do?
