I won a case dispute on 21st april. It says funds released but i dont have the funds? How long does the process take. the buyer has had the items almost a month now? TIA
You do not give any details of the case, or what it relates to, or when.
You would be considered a new seller by ebay and money received would be held for some time, possibly 21 days, or until tracking entered on ebay proved delivery.
