i recently bought an item (or not as it turns out) off ebay. i proceeded to buy it now and entered my details and hit pay. an error came up saying there was a problem with the payment. i check my bank and the money has been taken out however when i go into my purchase history it does not say that i have bought the item. how do i either get my money back or get the item to be recognised as being ordered?
