This is not what I asked ebay to do. I asked ebay to show a way of invoicing the buyer with additional postage.
The buyer suggested to pay the additional postage.
I believe that your refund policy doesnt apply to this.
Technically the buyer received the item.
I demand partial refund. I wasted my time and money on posting process and postage.
this is unfair.
I didnt do anything wrong. I sent the item immediately. Yet the buyer claims that he didnt get a card from Royal Mail.
How? ebay customer services and the buyer wasted my time. I protest ebays decision.
Why am I being punished for?
Whom ebay is protecting exactly? everything is not just black and white.
