Why cant I buy from a certain seller ??

I am a good buyer with no negativ feedback during many years I have been buying on E-bay.

When I tried to buy seeds from Premier Seeds in UK I could not - I get a message saying:

The item you've selected wasn't added to your basket.

• This seller won't sell to buyers that do not meet their requirements.

Think this is very strange as I have always payed in time and as I said never gotten any negative feedback.

I often buy seeds from Ebay - and I remeber once or twice i just got half of the seeds noted - and the same for around 15-20 packages I bought from this seller.

I sent a message asking why they did not put the amounth of seeds they claimed in their add.

I dont know if this was the seller and it must be 1-3 years ago.

Maybe they got angry and stopped me because of that - that is the only reason I could think off.

I tried to contact ebay but could not.

It is reall disturbing if this is the reason and I want to know what it is.

Anyone that knows what reason a seller can have to not sell to a buyer ??
