I recently sold an item of jewellery (a Silver Ring) Size O. I obviously made a mistake with the size which was actually a Size N. The Seller never contacted me to give me the opportunity to correct the issue, she simply left Negative Feedback. Had i been contacted by her I would have sorted the issue.
Is there anything I can do have the Feedback adjusted/removed? I have messaged her and asked that she ammend the Feedback but am not very hopeful.

Ebay won't remove it, they say it is buyer's opinion.
Try to resolve issue and then send feedback request.

Adding to the advice already given -
You might have burnt your bridges with the false positive you left the buyer.

Even if buyer wanted to change they can't.
If you had sent a proper feedback revision request, an ordinary message is not the way to do it, there is provision for sending a messages.
Keeping it polite and asking them to open a not as described case, for a refund, and buyer might have changed feedback, but breaking the rules and making negative comments, the buyer could have that removed, and you would get a defect as well as negative feedback. Defects are a lot more serious to sellers than feedback.
