As the subject says:
I won an item for my sister as she asked me to bid on her behalf, however she failed to realise it was collection only and neither of us can easily collect. I've contacted the seller asking if he can cancel my bid and offer to the next highest bidder. He seems happy to but is worried that he will be charged twice by eBay for the sale. I don't think this is the case.
Is anyone able to confirm?
