Please can someone elighten me as i keep coming across the same problem that buyers think its ok to bid and win an item and simply not pay!!! After a week of several people bidding comptetively what gives someone the right to win and simply not have any intention of paying even though they are an active buyer and can pay everyone else except you and then to top it off get away with it even when you open an unpaid item dispute, why oh why can this be allowed to happen ????
