Tracking. I have had two items delivered by evri, however eBay has stated that my funds are on hold

I have had two parcels confirmed delivered by Evri but eBay has put my funds on hold as they have had no confirmation by Evri. It has been 24hrs since they have been confirmed delivered.

Is this a common occurrence? And when could I expect to see my funds become available.

New and returning sellers will have there payments put on hold as a safety measure for sellers and buyers in case disputes are raised.

When you post items out,you need to enter the tracking details into the order details for ebay to see.
