The tracking details confirm the seller sent the item to a totally different address,options limited

I received and email saying item delivered. I checked the tracking and it was delivered to Newcastle the other side of the country and a place i have never lived in. I have messaged the seller but the usual methond of reporting none received drop down the option is not there on purchase history. How do i get ebay involved the seller made a huge mistake how do i get ebay to intervene?

It may be that Ebay has not caught up with the tracking yet and that the system doesn't realise the item has been delivered.

Try again tomorrow to reeport your item as 'not received'.
