Switching Uk account to USA

Hello,

Please help. How do I switch my UK account to USA as i no longer live in the Uk and im living in the US. 

Also how do I unsubscribe from all eBay's emails. Im receiving too many.

As you can not change your existing account registration details,you would have to open a new account registering in the USA on ebay.com.
