Suspend in 15 minutes

Hello, this evening I opened an ebay bussines account in the UK, but 15 minutes after I opened it, my account was suspended. there was not much to explain in the e-mail they sent me, you can see it in the attachment. I didn't do anything wrong but it was still suspended. I connected the bank I opened through Wise and I had no problem connecting it.

Have you added bank details as part of managed payments? 

Bank account must be in same name as ebay account, I.e. cosmicgale.

As per the message contact eBay reading the message it appears that they need to finish verifying your account. Lines open at 9am in the morning.

Yes open at weekends from 9am. Weekdays from 8am. Always better to try earlier as you may get Dublin. Guys there are more helpful.

I just spoke to customer service and they de-restricted my account after asking for certain information. @tommystrezures
