I have been stopped from selling on ebay, i do everything right, i refund even if something goes missing int he post, i charge the correct postage, i never argue about people sending anything back, i have had 7 negative feedbacks over the past 12 moths, one was negative but he said he was delighted with the item??? 2 were because things went missing int he post and they were unrecorded, I refunded them, One ws to italy that she said after 3 months that the kids shoes were not the ones in the photo which they were, I refunded her anyway, some guy in russia said he didnt recieve the trainers which i refunded him and stopped sending abroad, i have a shop and i am really upset, it is my living, is there any way of turning this around? can anyone advise
