Hi anybody can help me that I sold one item for collection but buy want me to send in post but as it is for collection I am unable to get QR code so can I send item on my own  or it will be a problem?please anybody can help

It could cause a problem as you will not be able to enter tracking to prove delivery. 

I would cancel using problem with buyer's address.   You can then relist with a postage option if you want to do that.  You may well get a higher price from a wider audience.
