I recently had to cancel 2 orders for items of clothing which I could not find anywhere and 2 buyers came forward to buy them.
As far as Ebay was concerned initially the items were sold and when I cancelled they demoted my Seller Level to Below Average.
I have since found the 2 tops within 10 days if that helps and I would now like to get the sale done if this is possible
So how would I do this and also would I be eligible to get my Seller Level Rating back to Above Average again?
Any help on this matter appreciated
