Hi. So, I sold an item, it was brand new, with tags, in box. I wrapped it in two bin liners very tidy and duck tape all around. I received payment, then a week after, the buyer sent a email with photo saying it was damaged. It was not damaged and I sold it in perfect condition. They won the case on ebay, the refund has been returned to them as my PayPal is now in the minus and they haven't even returned the item. I can't find a straightforward way to contact ebay. I now have no money or no item! What can I do??
