Seller not communicating

I recently placed a successful bid for a desk. The seller asked for cash on collection which is fine as I'd like to see it. I have messaged her 3 times to arrange collection and had no response over 5 days. Ebay keeps emailing me reminders to pay. I'm assuming the seller has either changed her mind or is a tme waster. I need a desk asap so will have to buy another one but how do I cancel my previous order?

Cash on collection does NOT come with buyer protection should you need it,so you may want to pay by other means which will also stop you from getting a non payment strike.
