Hi
I have returned an item and seller has refunded me the full price of item and delivery however the delivery is less then what i paid to send the item back. I have already contacted the seller and asked for the extra to be added to the final bill and sent a copy of the reciept which they have not done. What do i do next as do not want to be out of pocket and cant see how i can raise a case with this as showing on my account refund processed.
