Returning a pushchair

Im returning a pushchair as it wasnt atall as described in the listing ie broken i have given the tracking number it was atempted to be deliverd but still hasnt been picked up. Im new to returning things so not sure what happens now do they have a time frame to pick up the parcel.

Did you open a Not as Described Case?


That is the proper way to deal with this, seller should then pay for a return Label. You enter tracking into the case, and either proof of delivery or attempted delivery and that will get a refund.


If you just returned without opening a Case then do it now. If you have already paid the return postage, then I am afraid you won't get that refunded.
