Hi, I've had some shocking service from a business eBay seller - whereby refunding for item returned took almost 4 weeks - until I asked ebay to step in. Eventually the refund was processed. However, its my understanding that the buyer - if at fault - has to refund return postage. How do I follow this up if ebay automatically close the case once refund has taken place?
