I bid on a DEL INSPIRON key board when it come it was completly the wrong key board. I complained and you have sent me a returns form with a cost of £2.95p so now i have no keyboard and a bill of £2.95p..
As this is the sellers fault and no fault of mine, i cant see whay i should pay the cost of sending it back this should be the sellers cost .
