I bought a jumper and it was shrunken. It looked ok in the photos, but it was shrunk and slightly matted/tight. I contacted her and she was really rude , and she has left me awful feedback, despite me paying immediately. Judging from her feedback she's other complaints and had a go at me. It only cost £4.50 + postage, and I usually just write it off, but she was really shirty about it. Anyway, I have just noticed that she left me awful feedback. I just want to respond to that so that people don't think that I'm a horrible person - it's not my fault she sold me an inferior/faulty item. How do I respond. I'm on an iPhone, not a computer. Any advice appreciated.
