Respond to seller feedback

I bought a jumper and it was shrunken.  It looked ok in the photos, but it was shrunk and slightly matted/tight.  I contacted her and she was really rude , and she has left me awful feedback, despite me paying immediately.  Judging from her feedback she's other complaints and had a go at me.  It only cost £4.50 + postage, and I usually just write it off, but she was really shirty about it.  Anyway, I have just noticed that she left me awful feedback.  I just want to respond to that so that people don't think that I'm a horrible person - it's not my fault she sold me an inferior/faulty item.  How do I respond.  I'm on an iPhone, not a computer.  Any advice appreciated.

Respond to seller feedback

There's a reply link on your feedback page but you should contact ebay to get it removed altogether.   Sellers are not allowed to leave neg comments on the positive rating.     Use the live chat link on here:
