Resolution center : Entering the tracking No & Courrier details !

I have just returned an item using a printed returns label supplied by Ebay customer sevices & using the Collect+ service.

I can't to enter the tracking No & courrier details on the resolution center page so i can qualify for a full refund, if the seller doesn't send payment.

Does anyone know why it's not  letting me enter this information ?
