You haven't given many details of what happened, but saying ' won' does this mean you won an auction?
Perhaps the seller didn't receive the price they wanted, cancelled the sale and refunded you.
This is extremely bad selling, and if you wish you can contact eBay Customer Services, explain you did not authorise the cncellation and were disappointed after paying, not to receive your item. eBay do not like unhappy buyers, and they will charge the seller a fee and place a damaging defect on their account.
It doesn't take many defects to close a seller's account down permanently.
