I bought a tv on ebay . It came broken I reported it to the seller. He said the courier broke the tv . I opened a case with ebay. I was told yo retuning the item . Ebay issued me a return postage of 2kg I got a taxi took it to the Royal mail I was told the postage I got from eBay was to small that the tv weight is 66kg I was told to pay £80 wich I could not afford. I took a taxi back home with cost me £40 for both trips . I reported it to the seller and ebay I took pictures and video to the royal mail as proof for tying to post the tv back. The case has not been resolved yet and ebay said if it's not resolved by the 2nd of April I should ask ebay to step in but the app is not allowing me to ask ebay to step in
