Hi, a buyer has asked for a refund, I accepted and chose the option of prepaid label sent to them. The buyer now says they have no access to a printer so will not print the label. What can we do now? I can't find an option to void the label or cancel it to change so she can do her own label.
As long as you sent the label then you should not have to do any more
The buyer should ask a friend relative neighbour or go to their local library to print out the label
If they do not send the item back within the time lines then they will lose the dispute
Dont cancel the label
