Getting charged even through they took money off my item

Can someone help ive only sold 1 item since having my account and they charged me by taking money once i sold my item now they are charging me £3.50 and have suspended my account what is it for and what do i do?

It's for fees and you have to pay it. The money that's already been taken is paypals fee. You now have to pay ebays fee.
