Sounds a bit harsh as sellers have no control over postal services or couriers.....as long as it was posted on time !!
eBay delivery times are very optimistic as they work on 1st class arriving next day...when RM say it can take 2-3 days & 2nd class arriving in 3 days while RM say up to 7 days
That being said there is no reason why you cannot leave whatever feedback you wish....but if it was a Powerseller you have to wait 7 days to leave feedback
