Since making a purchase from Ebay a company called Complete Savings has been taking £15 a month from my credit card. I have had no contact vwith them by email or other means.
When I phoned them there was only an automated service and no way to speak to anyone to find out what was going on,
and it was only when I made a purchase today that I noticed their name on the checkout page offering a discount service.
Has anyone else had this problem?
