Please help seller scammed me

Hi All, 

It is 5 May and I purchased a laser tattoo removal machine on 7th March. The machine faulty and dangrous. I havw communikcated with the seller and they were very dismissive. Now they have stopped replying. I paid a LOT for this machine and now when I look in my purchase history there is nothing there. I paid via my bank. I am unable to geta reply from the seller and ebay apparenrly cant step in as there is nothing in the pucrahse history. What do I do? Please help...

It is too late to do anything through eBay as more than 30 days have lapsed.

You need to turn to your payment provider for help with this refund now.

You have 30 days to open a dispute on ebay so are out of time on here.

If you paid by paypal then open the Not as described there. You would have to pay any return postage.

if you paid by card then try your card provider.

If it is not in your Purchase History check your personal emails as you probably were not signed into ebay when you bought it.
