Good morning, 

I was trying make a link with my paypal account with Ebay. However does not show me the option paypal account just payment.

How can I make a link?

As a seller, money no longer goes to paypal, buyers pay ebay, who then pay into your linked bank account.

As a buyer, you can still pay via paypal at ebay checkout.

You don't - eBay sellers no longer receive payments into their PayPal accounts. Instead they go to your bank account which you need to register with eBay before you list an item:
