Parcel Force not collecting return parcel

I have started a return, printed label etc. Parcel Force is not collecting return parcel. What happens when it reaches the cut off date to send back. I've contacted the seller several times only to get the same generic answer, the contact them if I need anymore help.

Any advice, please?

It may well be that you need to take it to the post office as a collection hasn't been booked?
