No contact from buyer

I sold two fishing rods on Ebay over a week ago. Because of their length, I sold them for "collection only".

The buyer has excellent feedback, and has paid for the rods.

I've messaged the buyer three times now, with no reply.

I'm not sure what to do next..

Send one last message giving an ultimatum to collect, and that if they don't reply you will cancel the sale and refund. If you still don't hear anything back cancel using "Problem with buyer's address which gives an automatic refund. Then you can relist.

It might be wisd to add theit ID to your blocked list.
