I bought a brand new boxed samsung Galaxy S7 edge from ebay shop progadgetsuk. I am always sceptical about buying electronic devises on ebay, but with good feedback and a 1 year warranty I decided to purchase. The phone arrived quickly and was perfect....until now....it is crashing and now not starting. I bought the phone in January, so it is now outside of the 6 month ebay/paypal protection, but still inside shops warranty. I have contacted the seller 3 times in the last 5 days and have had no responce, the only other contact info is an address. Any advice on to where to go from here?? Thanks
